TRAINING AND LESSONS
Training Programs with your own horse.
Programs available are half, three-quarter, and full range from $740 to $1065.
Each program includes your private lessons and training rides. Included in your training
price are the following services.
- Daily Turn Out (typically 45minutes per day in Turn Out)
- Lunging as needed.
- Bathing as needed (Show prep is not included)
- Blanketing and unblanketing
- Assistance with the farrier and Vet and administering medications
Feed:
THR feeds hay (alfalfa) twice a day, which is included in the boarding
fee. 3D Farms feeds an additional two times a day (noon and late evening).
Noon is a maintenance grain (contains most vitamins/minerals for general
upkeep), carrots, and electrolytes (according to the weather), and any additional
supplements needed. These additional supplements (joints, temperament, color
enhancers, etc.) are to be supplied by the horse owner and we will add it to the noon
bucket.
In the evening, we feed a flake of alfalfa hay.
We will feed hay, other than alfalfa, based on horse’s needs for an additional fee.
Boarding
Boarding is available at Thundering Hooves Ranch.
Mare Motel-Pipe Stall: 12x24, Private Tack Room, Hay fed twice a day; shavings: $470.00/mo.
Box Stall: 12x12 + 12x12 outside run, Private Tack Room; Hay fed twice a day: shavings:

Lessons
We offer individual lessons and lesson training programs;
lessons range from $50 - $75
- Lunge lessons are 30 mins. (develops an independent seat and hands; and fine tunes aids)
- Private lessons are 45 mins- 1hr depending on the needs of the horse and rider at that time.
- Semi-Private lessons are 45 mins-1 hr with 2 to 3 riders.
- Group lessons (are for advanced riders) up to 4 riders are an hour and groups of 5 to 6 riders
- are 90 mins.
Monthly lesson lease programs are available. Prices are determined by number of lessons and
practice rides. These programs are tailored to the individual rider's needs.
